The idea behind the vision of two Latin immigrants - one Brazilian and the other Colombian - Braco is a restaurant and lounge space located in the heart of Bilbao, Spain. Braco's gastronomic proposal blends Latin influences with a variety of Japanese cuisine, resulting in an exquisite experience that celebrates the meeting of cultures through a symphony of flavors. 

''The Bilbao market is remarkably conservative and traditional. Despite this, an innovative approach attracts diverse customers from all backgrounds. However, as Latinos, they are perceived as different, which can be a challenge. We want to incorporate our Latin heritage, but carefully so as not to turn the locals away. We're looking for something that is reminiscent of our homeland, but that also appeals to all potential customers."
